Many customers plan for 8-12 weeks from purchase to arrival, but it varies by shipping schedule, inspections and compliance queue.

Common approach: a deposit before bidding, then staged payments after winning. Define refund rules and bid-failure handling clearly.

Auction vehicles are typically as-is. Your value is in pre-bid evaluation + process management. Put boundaries in writing.
